Information you choose to share

When you request the challenge or register interest, we store your name, email address, the type and source of your request, and submission times. Coaching inquiries can also include your general goal, gym experience, training availability, and Instagram handle. Please do not submit medical or sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

We use this information to provide the requested resource, manage your inquiry or program interest, and keep a record of your request. The challenge is delivered as an immediate PDF download. Completing a form does not automatically enroll you in a marketing newsletter.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored using Netlify's hosted storage infrastructure and are accessible to the site operator through a protected lead-management area. Service providers may process data outside Canada. We do not sell your personal information. Inquiry records are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer needed, or following a verified deletion request, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Browser storage and basic protection

We store a local preference in your browser to remember a dismissed signup popup or completed challenge signup. You can clear it in your browser settings. The site uses a short-lived hashed network identifier for submission rate limiting. It expires after its 15-minute window and is scheduled for hourly cleanup; it is not a marketing tracking profile. The hosting provider may maintain operational security logs.

External services

Links to IM8, Instagram, Nocturnum, and Payhip checkout are governed by those services' own privacy policies. IM8's referral link uses affiliate attribution. No payment-card information is collected by this site.

Your choices and contact

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your submission by contacting @beginyourimpossible on Instagram. Please identify the request without posting personal details publicly. A dedicated contact mailbox will be listed once it is active.
